I am exerting all the effort I can in making an attempt to regain my pre-baby bump figure, but having to juggle my schedule with looking after the baby mixed together with other errands, squeezing in a workout routine is just unattainable. In trying to compensate for the lack of an exercise regimen in my post-conception life, I squeeze in as much walking as I will in a day by taking the baby out for walks in her stroller. We were strolling around the neighborhood one day when I saw three ladies who were hurriedly pushing modern looking wheelbarrows. I thought to myself how horrible it is for my fellow women to be working in a construction company as workers, till the 3 approached closer and I saw that they were wearing running attires. I was surprised to discover that they were not pushing wheelbarrows, but in fact they were pushing strollers jogging in the process. That's when I discovered the workout routine that will allow me look after baby at the same time.The strollers jogging are built to keep stable regardless of the high speed it is being pushed. Experiment pushing a standard push-chair very fast, not with baby inside of course, course, and probabilities are the push-chair will tip and turn over. With these new strollers jogging for me and for all the other mums who are either already active or needs to be active is straightforward and convenient even if it means taking baby along for the jog.
